Processing time
Every Shiftchange and Co item is made to order in Oakville, Ontario. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your order to be made and prepared for shipping. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates (CAD)
- Canada, Standard: $12.00, or free on orders of $75 or more
- Canada, Express: $20.00
- United States, Standard: $20.00
- International, Standard: $15.00 to eligible countries
Your exact shipping options and cost are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times after shipping depend on the carrier and your location and are estimates, not guarantees.
Holiday orders
For Christmas delivery, please order by December 10. Because every item is made to order, earlier is always better during busy seasons.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at sivyelliott@gmail.com and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking stops updating or your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and a photo for damaged items) and we'll help sort it out. See our refund policy for returns and exchanges.
