What scrub cap styles do you offer?
Most prints come in three styles:
- Euro: a close, comfortable fit for short to medium-length hair.
- Euro Ponytail: extra room for long, thick or high-volume hair, buns and ponytails.
- Classic Tie Back: an adjustable style with ties for a custom fit.

Which scrub cap is best for long or thick hair?

What is a satin lined scrub cap?
A satin lining is an extra-smooth layer inside the cap that helps reduce friction against your hair, which can mean less frizz and breakage over long shifts. It's optional and available with every style. Learn more about satin lined scrub caps.
Are your scrub caps handmade?
Yes. Shiftchange and Co is a small, RN-owned business in Oakville, Ontario. Every scrub cap is cut and sewn to order in small batches rather than mass-produced. Print placement varies slightly, so every cap is a little bit unique.
How long does it take to get my order?
Every item is made to order, so please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your order to be made before it ships, plus carrier delivery time. In Canada, standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. For Christmas, order by December 10. See our full shipping policy.
How do I wash my scrub cap?
Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and air dry. If ironing is needed, use a low setting and avoid ironing directly on the satin lining. See how to wash a scrub cap so it lasts.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Buyers cover return shipping. Custom or personalized items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Because items are made to order, we can't accept cancellations once an order is placed.
