Hi, and welcome to Shiftchange and Co! I'm a registered nurse, and I started this shop for one simple reason: if you're going to wear the same scrub cap for a 12-hour shift, it might as well make you smile.

Scrub caps are one of the few parts of a healthcare uniform where you can still show some personality. As a nurse, I know what actually matters on a long shift: a cap that stays put, doesn't give you a headache, works with long or thick hair, and gets a laugh from a patient or coworker now and then.
That's what every Shiftchange and Co design is built around, from Christmas and Halloween prints to specialty prints for L&D, NICU, dental and lab teams, bookish prints and foodie prints.

Shiftchange and Co is a small, solo-run Canadian business. There's no factory and no warehouse of pre-made stock: every scrub cap is cut and sewn to order in small batches. That means you choose your style (Euro, Euro Ponytail or Classic Tie Back) and whether you'd like a satin lining, and your cap is made for your order. Read more about how every cap is made.
